Calcium D-gluconate gel is used to treat hydrofluoric acid burns.L-Asparaginase It is used as a cardioprotective agent in hyperkalemia, antidote for black widow spider envenomation and an antidote for magnesium sulfate toxicity.PMID:25955218 It is also involved in the treatment of hypocalcemia. Further, it is used as skin conditioning as well as provides the source of calcium ions.
