Description: Duloxetine HCl (also known as LY-248686 HCl) is a serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor with Ki of 4.6 nM, used for treatment of major depressive disorder and generalized anxiety disorder (GAD). It is mainly used for the treatment of major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, fibromyalgia and neuropathic pain. Duloxetine is marketed under the brand name Cymbalta among others. It is also used in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence.
