Isolation and culture of 12829792 mesenchymal stem cells Mesenchymal stem cells were isolated from canine adipose tissue biopsies obtained during orthopedic surgeries, as previously described. Fully informed owner consent was obtained and the project was approved by the Ludwig-Maximilian University Ethical Review committee.
